The smarter way to refresh your child's wardrobe
How does it work
1. HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR BUNDLE
Put together your bundle of child's clothes (min. 6 pieces, see rules below). Take pictures and write a brief description (i.e. 2x t-shirt, 3x leggings, etc..). Then send everything to Wee Swap as private message on Instagram.
Wait for Wee Swap to check and approve your bundle, then we will send you Paypal link (fee per bundle is £7.99 including postage). Once payment is received, your bundle will appear on Wee Swap Instagram page.
2. HOW TO CLAIM A BUNDLE
Once your bundle is approved and payment received, Wee Swap will send you a virtual token that you can use to claim any bundle on the page at any time. Simply comment "ME" under the photo of the bundle you would like to claim (first come, first served) - take a screenshot too and send it to Wee Swap (this way we are sure not to miss your comment) and add your preferred address (see privacy section below).
3. WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR BUNDLE GETS SWAPPED
'Great News, your bundle has been picked for a swap!'
When someone claims your bundle, you will receive a message from Wee Swap with the shipping label, print it (see rules), stick it on your bundle and drop it off to the nearest CollectPlus point https://www.collectplus.co.uk/store-locator?v=2 - please notify Wee Swap after with a private message.
You have 2 weeks to do so (plenty of time even for the busiest parent!).
WHY THE £7.99 FEE?
We don't have anything to hide and we want to explain what this is for. The £3.99 is for postage up to 2 kilos with CollectPlus. The remaining £4 is for me, and my family to cover all the work and dedication I am putting in Wee Swap to guarantee you an excellent service.
RULES
Not that many, I promise ;)
BUNDLES
Bundles have to be a minimum of 6 pieces and up to 2 kilos in weight;
Size range from 0 months to 5 years;
Clothes have to be in good condition, not stained, not ripped, clean and folded (we all know parents do not have time to iron but if you do you are special!). Just the way you would like to receive yours basically!
To claim a bundle you have to upload a bundle yourself - swapping is what we are doing here :)
POSTAGE
Packaging is up you, though we recommend paper bags or recycling old packaging;
Printing the shipping label is also up to you - if you don't have a printer you can print it in most CollectPlus points (not all of them so please double-check!) for an extra £0.30p;
Bundles have to be posted within 2 weeks from the claimed notification;
One more thing: there are no limits on how many times you can use Wee Swap - just whenever you have a bundle ready come visit us! :)

Trust Us with Your Information
At Wee Swap we only collect the information you choose to give us, and we process it only with your consent; we only require the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfil the purpose of your interaction with us; we do not sell it to third parties; we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes.
We only use Paypal as we find it the most secure payment method and we will never ask you to send payments in any other way.
Although we will never use your personal information otherwise described above, Wee Swap cares about your privacy and you can opt to for Click&Collect service picking your nearest CollectPlus point https://www.collectplus.co.uk/store-locator?v=2
About Wee Swap
Hi, I am Margherita. I am a mum to a wee girl and I live in Scotland with my family. I started Wee Swap with the intention of creating a community where parents can swap their outgrown children's clothes rather than buy new ones. I have always believed in second hand clothes - even more so since I became a mum and experienced how quickly my wee one is growing! I also believe that every little step to a more conscious lifestyle is important and, that this is valuable lesson to teach our children.
"Consume less, share better" - Herve Kempf is my ultimate motto and so is Wee Swap's.
